Kairavi Anjaria is a aspiring poet, painter and writer. Inspired by cinema, music and nature. Studying psychology and understanding life.

 

Deon Demamount is a Spoken Word Poet and is featured in several National and International books. He is known for poems such as; Wrong – A tribute to Dead Poets Society, I am not a Real Man, Bluebird, The Violence in my Silence. The young poet believes in establishing the importance of enabling expression of oneself, be it in any form and wishes to contribute as much as he can in the world of Art.

 

Khushi Nayyar is a budding poetess and an artist, currently eighteen (18), born & brought up in Jalandhar, Punjab. She is a high school student, co-author of two anthologies of Artson Publishing House[Musings Of My Heart & Last Page Of Poet's Diary] and 1 anthology of MapleWiz Books [Expressing Feelings] and a distinction holder.

 

Madhubani Kulabhi aka Wings is an Indian poet and author. Growing up in the literary hub of Kolkata, she started writing at the age of seven inspired by her mother who is a writer. A bright student in school, Madhubani won the first position in Shishu Kishore Academy story-writing contest in Bengali and got published in TTIS newspaper’s annual English story-writing contest besides other achievements

 

I am Supriya Jana from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. I am young teenager poet 17 years old  . I love to draw drawing cartoon and beauty of nature and have won many prizes in state level as well as in my own city ,i love to write poetry from 7th grade and now i am in 12th grade and love for poetry is increasing. In future i am looking for being a best fashion designer and a stand up poetry artist (a new concept which i wanna bring) i believe in the first step of success is courage and imagination. 

 

Disha Baldawa is a budding poet born on 2nd December 2003. Having spent the majority of her childhood in Mumbai, she later moved to Dubai. Disha developed a new form of fascination and affection towards poetry later in grade 9 and hasn't stopped since. She has been published twice in the Gulf News for articles regarding climate change and has also been featured in her school's poetry book called 'Expressions'. Currently, she is in her junior year of high school.

 

Vivianna James is a sixteen-year-old poet and student of class 11 in Bhaktavatsalam Vidyashram hail from Chennai, Tamilnadu. She enjoys reading and writing poetry as a form of addiction. She often takes inspirations from music and the tales she hears from others. The interest to venture into poetry was inspired by her mother and her grandmother, both being teachers.

 

Prerana is a student of BA English Literature doing her course in PSG Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, India. Born in the year 2002, in Tamilnadu, India, she is a native of Kerala. she loved poetry and music from a young age. She is deeply interested in music and her aim is to start a music school. Her passion to write Poetry is equally which she carries close to her heart.

 

Soumilee Bhattacharyya is an Indian poet born on April 6, 2002 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Soumilee loved poetry and music from a young age. She is a current student of Apeejay School Park Street, studying in the 11th class (Humanities). This is her very first poetry. She started to write poems and short stories when she was just 14.

 

Mitali Naik is an Indian poet born on September 11, 1996 in Mumbai. Mitali loved writing poetry from a young age. She was an exceptional student with her bachelors in Pharmacy and being a virgo by nature, she is extremely particular and direct in her communication. Priya earns her livelihood from a profession as different from writing as possible (Finance). And yet somehow, merely blogging about seemingly mundane realities of life led her here, writing this bio. A published short story writer in the 2019 anthology ‘Writers Unboxed’; this is Priya’s first foray into the world of poetry, along with recent features in the E-magazine of Delhi Poetry Slam.

 

Vaishnavi Sathish is aged 15 years. She is studying in Class XI B at St. Joseph of Cluny HSS Pondicherry. Right from her young age, Vaishnavi has exhibited her passion for not just language and literature, but other forms of arts too. She is a good artist and has participated in various drawing competitions and won prizes. But she enjoys drawing in her textbooks while classes are on and cherishes those most. Vaishnavi has recently written and published a poetry book 'Sunflowers of the Dark. 

 

Debarpita Datta Ray, is a 25 years old agriculturist from Kolkata. She is currently doing her Ph.D in Plant genetics. Being a researcher by profession, she shares a passionate extramarital affair with arts and literature. Although her major literary exercises are based on bengali, she has broken the barriers of language while expressing her mind. Her poetries have recently been recurrently selected into the Web magazine of Delhi Poetry Slam.

 

Shahina Begum is on the verge of making her career in writing. She has always been passionate about different genres of writing. She has completed her post graduation in English Literature from Gauhati University and currently , she is serving as a post graduate teacher in English in  a college and alongside pursuing a bachelor's degree in Education.

 

Shabeer T S is an Industrial Engineer who has a flair in writing realistic poems. He was born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and pursued his bachelor's and master's in Engineering from government colleges. He has been a volunteer and a coordinator in various programmes as a student. Further, he was elected as the representative in college union as a postgraduate.

 

Diksha Singh is a young Indian writer born in Patna, Bihar on 21st December, 1993 who records down her thoughts because of her forgetful memory. She has a graduate degree in engineering and postgraduation in physics. Diksha is obsessed with the mysteries of universe, she had a keen interest in night sky since her childhood and which is why she seeks understanding of cosmos by writing and recording the sparks from her mind.

 

Anagha is completing her Master's in Media & Cultural Studies. She enjoys writing and art.

 

Pernasi Malhotra is a 23 year old doctor from New Delhi. She did her MBBS from an esteemed medical college in Western UP. She enjoys writing and has been published in 2 short story anthologies and one poetry anthology. Other than that, she runs an online blog where she writes about social taboos and issues. She also runs an online poetry blog. 

 

Monisha Singh Diwan is an Indian developmental psychologist, educator, mindfulness coach, writer, poet, child rights activist and essentially a creative soul currently residing in Mumbai. While her professional work involves copious amounts of academic writing and technical reports etc, it is poetry and the narrative which she sees as cathartic and immensely satisfying to the creative logophile side of her.

 

Gauri Garg is an Indian artist born on February 12, 2005 in Delhi, India. She started dancing from a very young age. She sought solace in dancing as she could express her deepest emotions through it. Poetry wasn't a part of her life until she started conveying her thoughts about life on a piece of paper. She studies at St. Thomas' Girls Senior Secondary School, Delhi and she is an excellent student.

 

Sivaranjani V. is a 16 year old poet from Mumbai ; a student of Std 11 studying at Bombay Scottish School, Mahim. She has headed the school in the level of a Vice Captain in 2018-2019.She is an ardent reader, a  Bharatnatyam dancer and also enjoys painting and sketching. Her artwork has won several laurels at various competitions.She was the winner of the Hindustan Times Scholarship 2017-2018.

 

Disha Takle is a 12th grade student from Nashik,Maharashtra. She has always been an avid reader and wrote her first poem in fifth grade. Ever since then, she has written over 30 poems and maintains a personal blog. She was also an exchange student to Oregon, USA in 2018 and has written about her experiences there. After high school, Disha plans to go to college, travel ,and volunteer to teach English in rural India.

 

Parvathy Vivek (also known as Uma V R Parvathy) is an upcoming poet and writer who predominantly writes on themes such as 'the supernatural', 'the human mind and soul' and 'love beyond life'. She currently lives in Thiruvananthapuram, where she was born. She studied English Language and Literature and journaled extensively. Later, she did her master's degree in Business Administration.

 

Shriya Sarangi is an Indian poet born on 23rd  December 1996 in Sambalpur, Odisha. She is a merit student of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Shriya  is currently a medical student , pursuing her MBBS degree from VIMSAR, BURLA .Shriya is a multitalented person. She excels in dance and poetry. She has been a semifinalist in an all India level dance competition. Shriya has authored an online book "The poetic thoughts of school days", which is available on Amazon. 

 

Prisha Rastogi '17 grew up in Delhi, India. She has been studying in Sapphire International School Noida and is currently gonna give Board Exams of Class 12. Her interest from the starting has been in writing only also she, has won many prizes in debates and all. Her hobbies are usually writing poems, short stories, cooking, playing various sports like basketball, badminton, swimming, etc.

 

Romita Handa is an assiduous and a zealous writer. She has been part of various anthologies so far and has written for various international and national magazines. Her passion lies in writing which extraordinarily captures the very essence of life and soul. Being a sixteen year old and a book nerd, she exceeds in various extra-curricular activities and academics. She is currently pursuing Humanities at Sat Paul Mittal School, Ludhiana. She is an industrious student who adds her creativity and innovation in whatever she does.

 

Yash Jain is a writer who lives in Delhi, who has an affinity to writing since birth. With natural talent, he has accumulated quite a name in poetry writing and won accolades in.Competitions and achievements. He has completed his elementary education from Cbse board and is now pursuing B.Com (hons) regular from Delhi university.The activities which he prefers to do are reading books, writing poems, dancing and acting. 

 

Zoya Choudhary is an Indian undergraduate student born on September 15, 1998, in the hills of Almora, Uttrakhand India. Owing to the nature of her father's job she has lived a nomadic lifestyle so far. She has been educated in a number of Indian towns and cities and finally graduated High School in Beijing, China. She is currently pursuing Liberal Arts in Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities.

 

Sakshi is an Indian poet born on June 3, 1999.  Sakshi is currently studying civil engineering in MITAOE. She loves to take inspiration from life around, embrace inarticulate emotions and write about them. Few days ago going out for dinner late at night,  almost lost her way to restaurant which led her thinking "what if I'm next who gets raped"?  The poem "Rape" is about Dr. Prinkya, who got raped and burned which questions whole humanity.

 

Rajnandini Gogoi is an Assamese poet born on 27 January 1996 in Assam ,India. She completed her Master's Degree in English from a recognised college in Assam .Alongside she is studying PGDCA from Dibrugarh university, a leading university in Assam,India. Her passion for writing started at the age of 10 by participating in competition and submitting poems in magazines. She believes that her parents and grandparents are great inspiration for her.

 

Hariny is a 20 year-old writer who grew up amidst the thriving Dravidian culture and ancient temples in the city of Madurai in Tamil Nadu. She is currently a literature student living through her final year of Bachelors in Miranda House College, University of Delhi. Later this year, she is going to pursue her Masters in Creative Writing from Newcastle University, UK.

 

Unnati Khanna is a student of 22 years who just completed her graduation in literature from Delhi University. She has a interest in weaving poetry because this is the medium through which she can express her emotions and feelings. She recently had written 6 short stories with an organisation "Live Peppy", this was also an anthology by different writers creating awareness on "mental health". 

 

Bidisha Bhattacharyya is a poet born on 9th April, 2000 in West BengalShe is mainly in Barrackpore, West Bengal. She has graduated from the school Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission Vidyabhawan, Barrackpore and is now studying BA in English honours in The Bhawanipur Educational Society College, Kolkata. Writing makes her feel good and alive.

 

My name is Tanisha Poddar. I was born on 11 July 2005 in Kolkata in India. I study in DPS MEGACITY. I live in Kolkata. My mother's name is Anshu Poddar and my father's name is Vivek Poddar. Because of both of them I am what I am . They have always supported me to follow my passion. Whether it is participating in this competition or Miss lil Bengal they have always been by my side . I am also a passionate about acting,  modeling and dancing. 

 

Bhawna Kadam is a poet and writer, born on October 25th, 1998 in Delhi, India. She has completed her study from B.Sc. Life Sciences and also learning Indian Classical Music from last two years.  She's working on writing a novel to express the deep emotions of human heart, because in any case "heart doesn't only have cardiac muscles" (from her manuscript of- autumn to first snow of winter).

 

Vishakha Tharad is a 24 years old student/writer coming from a small town of U.P, India. She is presently pursuing Company Secretaryship course from Kolkata, in the entrance of which she secured an All India Rank 18th. Being an introvert, her favorite pastime has always been reading books, listening to music and. She took her first step towards writing by penning down poetries and then eventually getting into writing stories.

 

Ipsa Singh is a 17 year old Indian poet born on March 26. She is from Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and is doing her schooling there from Carmel Senior Secondary School . She developed her intrest in music when she was small which led her to become a poet . Poetry then became her passion . Except writing, Ipsa is quite a traveller and enjoys having new experience every now and then .

 

Yashaswani Prakash, hails from the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. She completed her schooling from Loreto Convent Intermediate College Lucknow, and pursued her graduation from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. She likes to believe she was conferred the sacred gift of poetry by her father. Apart from clearing the ambiguity of life with her poems, she likes to play her Saxophone now and then. It's true, when they say poetry is her way of life, it’s she writing her soul down.

 

Himanshee Rathi is an Indian poet born on February 28, 1996 in New Delhi. At a young age, she developed an adoration and admiration for nature. Having fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a doctor, she's currently working in the field of anaesthesiology and critical care. She picks up on the intricacies and fragility of human life as threads to weave into poetry.

 

Deepak Dalal is an Indian poet born on March 10,1997 in Haryana. Deepak loved traveling and converting his feelings to poetry from a young age. He is a passionate student and an hard working employee to his firm. What he believes is work fullfil his body needs and travel fullfil his soul, and having balanced combination of both the things make him inspired to write more and more about the life based instances.

 

Vikram Singh belongs to a small Himalayan village named Wan in Uttarakhand. He is a graduate in science from H. N. B.  Garhwal University . He presently works at State Bank of India as Dy. Manager and is presently posted at a small town called Nahan in Himachal Pradesh. He is presently working on his first collection of poems which he intends to publish in 2020.

 

Radhika Srivastava is an 18 year old poet and writer from in Varanasi, India. She became interested in poetry from a young age believing that poetry is the best medium of expression of feelings and views. She did her schooling from Rajghat Besant School, a school founded by world teacher J. Krishnamurti which led towards learning deeply about self inquiry.

 

Andrea Benedict: All of us at some point of time have faked smiles and laughter just to hide all the scars and brokenness of our hearts. But we definitely have that one special person who sees the pain through those masked-faces of happiness and asks, "how are you really?" That one question heals our heart. But when that person fails to do so and we have no one who could hear the sound of our hearts being broken into pieces, trying to find solace in poetry.

 

Hanan is an Indian poet born on August 10,2001 in Kerala. Hanan's close friends call her "Han".Han had a great interest in music and art from her childhood.She discovered her interest in poetry few years back and since then, she framed her thoughts into words.She is any enthusiastic, optimistic and a charming soul.She did her schooling from one of the Kendriya Vidyalayas in Kerala.

She is currently in 11th grade at Delhi Public School RKP.She is academically inclined and has a keen interest in biology and psychology.She has always been an enthusiastic and curious writer who started her wonderful journey with words in sixth grade. She has ever since written numerous poems related to various topics such as anxiety, heartache, love, loss and friendship.

 

Meholi Banerjee is an Indian poet born on August 19, 1998 in Kolkata, India. She loves poetry and music since early days. She is an Engineering student. She studies at Techno International, Newtown. Art attracts her more than technology. She is a creative writer at Guide to Generation (A facebook page). Her poetry has already been published in a magazine.

 

Sonika Batra is from Delhi, India. She is a post graduate in English literature from Delhi University. A voracious reader, she has had a keen interest in arts and science. Since childhood she loved painting, poetry, music and craft. A topper during her college days, she loves spending time in nature. She studied French in St Stephen's college, Delhi University.

 

Priyanshi Ahuja is a 16 year old writer from New Delhi, India. She is currently at Delhi Public School RK Puram. She is a passionate writer who never fails to grab every chance she can get to share her ideas with the world. She looks at the world analytically through a myriad of emotions. She has always enjoyed expressing her thoughts through poetry, prose, music, debates, public speaking, advocacy, etc.

 

Yuktimmana Bandopadhyay is an author and poet born on April 13, 2000 in Baranagar, West Bengal, currently residing in Mysuru, Karnataka. She composed her first poem at 8 years, in English, and at 15, went on to co-author her first book called Pansopher's Nuggets, published on Amazon. She has bagged prizes in several competitions related to the Literary Arts, till date.

  

Priyanka Kanoi is a rising author and poet from Cotton city Yavatmal. She was a talented student and had also won "Best Student" award in her college. She is an IT personnel by profession, a traveller by choice and an ardent foodie by heart. Her hobby of reading and writing soon became her passion. Her affection for writing grew with time and she published her first teenage fiction named "Tales of Tender Teenage".

Extrovert tomboyish girl next door attitude, helping me knowing people around me better. Interested in writing since i was 10. A creative heart captured in a technical mind. Shreya Patil is a 16-year-old poet and writer. She resides in Pune and has her own blog. She’s currently in tenth grade but has been writing since she was 12.
