BY MARYAM MUSTAFFA
“Another half of the frame is still waiting for you”
"There is always a place next to me vacant:
Chair in cafes,
Couch during movies,
Bench during stargazing,
Every rainfall,
In every dam flower shop,
Place beneath that tree always waiting for you with coffee and chocolate truffle pastry,"
"And you being missed during:
Last piece of cake,
That Kit Kat shake,
Mirror selfies,
Those streets in college,
While shopping,
When I dress up specially on Fridays,
Oh! that coffee shop when I saw you first,
While falling asleep,"
"And there is a place where I can't be:
My scarf and your forehead,
Your phone and my hand,
Your wardrobe and my favorite colors,
Your bike key and my key chain,
Your breakfast and I,
Your black oversized hoodie and my teary eyes,"
Should I wait for you??
